Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

As a practice, we at Malachi, always do a quality and size check of our products before dispatch. However, you may still wish to return the product due to some reasons. Returns can be accepted and approved upon receiving a return or an exchange request or send an email on [email protected] in case of any of the below-mentioned reasons:

1. Product is defective.

2. Wrong Product Received

3. Wrong size received

4. Need a different Size.

The return request should contain the images of the product with defect/wrong style/size.

Refunds

Refund will be processed within 7 days from the date on which the product is received back in our office and is in a sellable condition.

Size Exchanges

In case of Size fit issues, You can send a mail on [email protected] or fill the exchange form at the time of opting for returns. We will send you the exchanged size after the product is received.
